Case studies are coming

BeaconBird launched in May 2026. We're working through our first wave of engagements right now, and we'll publish detailed case studies here as clients agree to be featured.

If you want to be one of the early case studies — and get a small discount in exchange for letting us publish your before-and-after — drop us a note.

What each published case study will include

We're not going to publish vague "we improved their AI visibility" writeups. Every BeaconBird case study will include:

  • The before score. The starting Beacon Score and per-pillar breakdown — what was working, what wasn't.
  • The specific gaps we found. Missing schema, missing llms.txt, blocked AI crawlers, inconsistent business info, vague service pages — every failing check from the audit.
  • The work we did. Categorized by Beacon Score pillar. Schema we added (with the field count). Meta tags rewritten. llms.txt created. NAP inconsistencies reconciled. Specific, not vague.
  • The after score. The new Beacon Score and per-pillar breakdown. Visual side-by-side.
  • Outstanding recommendations. Things outside our scope that would push the score even higher — review aggregation, content depth, citations, third-party listings. So the client (or another partner) can pick those up.
  • The numbers. Time-to-complete. Price paid. Score delta.

The goal: anyone reading should be able to tell whether the work would be worth doing for their own business.

Where the first case studies will come from

BeaconBird's first engagements are concentrated in the industries we know best — local service businesses across East Tennessee, plus a handful of national clients in nonprofits, healthcare, and B2B services. The first published case studies will cover:

  • A contractor or home services business (specific schema work + entity clarity)
  • A nonprofit (entity confidence + authority signals)
  • A medical or wellness practice (LocalBusiness schema + FAQ structure)
  • A B2B services company (entity disambiguation + citation readiness)

Each one shows a different angle of the work. If your business fits one of these patterns, you'll be able to see exactly what a fix looks like for you.

In the meantime, see your own score

You don't need to wait for case studies to find out where you stand. Run a free Beacon audit on your own site. The report shows you the same gaps and the same scoring structure we'd address in a fix engagement — so even if you never engage with us, you walk away with a concrete punch list.
